ConAgra Will Leave Lamb Weston, Who Will Trade With Mongolia
Big news is the region's agricultural economy this week. The public has learned ConAgra and Lamb Weston are splitting.
The move was finalized last month but won't take effect until autumn 2016
Lamb Weston has also made a trade agreement with Mongolia. The Asian nation hopes to grow more potatoes and China is an expanding market for the vegetable.
Lamb Weston has plants in Quincy, Warden, Prosser and Pasco.
