Late Night Hunger Leads to Drunk Driving Arrest
You've been drinking. You're hungry. You get in the car and head to the drive-thru. Seriously, you're asking for trouble. 23-year-old Abed E. Said was busted after a collision in the McDonald's drive-thru on Queensgate at 3am on April 7th. Not only was there a collision, but allegedly Said fled the scene in his new Mercedes. The Richland Police apprehended him and he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, and was booked into the Benton County Jail.
Moral of the story: DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE and DON'T FLEE THE SCENE! I know, we should all know this already, right!? But with so many options for delivery and taxi service in the Tri-Cities these days, I feel like people taking these chances are just not using their noodle. Be safe out there, and hey, order a pizza next time, please!!
