Lightning Strikes Twice – Fukushima Struck Again By Earthquake
An earthquake of a 7.4 magnitude hit near Fukushima, Japan this morning.
In 2011, 19,000 people were killed by a massive tsunami in Fukushima after a magnitude 9 earthquake struck.
Locals have been fleeing Fukushima after tsunami warnings were issued.
This is the strongest earthquake Japan has had in six months. People have been told to stay away from the coastlines.
