Southridge High School is wrapping up their spirit week. If it's been a while since you've done a spirit week, it's really just a rah-rah effort conducted by the student council to get the kids to do fun things together. Each day has a different theme, and students generally reflect it with the way they dress. Friday, Southridge wants the students to dress in red, white, and blue.

The poster reminding students to dress as such has been met with polarizing opinions.

Horrific way to get people to wear patriotic colors. Take this down immediately, Southridge. Terrible and offensive. (Photo credit Brenton Nundahl)

What do you think? Should this poster be taken down, regardless of intent?
