Richland Cops Seeking Burglar, Possibly Commercial

It's quite possible was a commercial burglary, considering that area of Richland is full of a variety of businesses.

Richland Police are seeking to ID this suspect, connected to a break in from July 22. Police didn't specify the venue or time, but these images were captured on surveillance cameras.
