What started out as a small, late-night hot dog stand has grown into the restaurant, carts,  But as they continue to grow they realized the importance of a name and therefore the need to protect it. Long story short: They've recently become aware of the fact that "Between the Buns" was trademarked many years ago by a very nice man across the country with a similar vision,   After contact
