So THAT'S why the restaurant has been closed for the past few days!

I like cheese on everything. My burgers, my sandwiches, my crackers - if there's an option for cheese I'm all for it. That's why I was so excited to hear Yakima was getting a restaurant where cheese would be the key ingredient to so many dishes. I stopped by there for the first time and this one stood out to me on the menu.

Cheese may be the perfect food to me. I'll put cheese on almost everything. Extra cheese on my pizza, cheeseburger over hamburger, I put cheese in my chili and on my fries - I love cheese. If you're like me you'll be happy to know that there's a new restaurant opening soon that's all about cheese...
