Last week news of Three Days Grace frontman Adam Gontier leaving the band and being replaced by My Darkest Days vocalist Matt Walst shocked fans everywhere. Late Sunday night, Walst took to Facebook to give an update on the situation. As fans began commenting on the status update, Walst began to reply back. Lets just say he doesn't have a lot of good things to say about Gontier.

The rock world was definitely in shock earlier today (Jan. 9), learning that not only was Adam Gontier exiting his post as singer of Three Days Grace, but that the band had already selected My Darkest Days frontman Matt Walst to replace him on their upcoming tour.

As Three Days Grace fans continue to absorb the surprising news from earlier today (Jan. 9) that frontman Adam Gontier has left the band, the singer himself has released a heartfelt letter explaining his departure.

Shocker alert! Frontman Adam Gontier has resigned from Three Days Grace just weeks prior to their upcoming co-headlining tour with Shinedown. The band has replaced Gontier with My Darkest Days singer Matt Walst for the trek.

My Darkest Days announced over the weekend that their guitarist Sal Costa (pictured at far right above) had left the band, but the musician's exit actually dates back several months. With the news now out, the guitarist talked about the specifics of the split and why it took so long to reveal with Noisecreep.

My Darkest Days are down a member as they start to work on their next album. The band revealed via their social networks that guitarist Sal Costa (pictured at right above) is leaving the group after three years of growth and success.
