West Valley High School in Yakima has issued a new Senior Picture Policy and it's got students and parents in an uproar.

I've lived in Tri-Cities for over 25 years and yes traffic is notably worse each year. I have a very short commute each day but I do have to cross the Blue Bridge to and from work so what should the traffic planners do to fix some of our most congested roadways??
