97 Rock is extremely excited to announce the official lineup for this years 6th Annual 97 Rocktoberfest Event at TRAC on Saturday October 5th, 2013.

This years Rockin on the River Festival will take place Saturday July 27 in Lewison, Idaho, on the banks of the Snake River and will feature four great bands.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to The Fail Safe Project guitarist Tony Simental after being involved in a car accident last weekend. Luckily, after his Honda Civic was t-boned by a truck, Tony only suffered some bruised ribs and a concussion, along with stitches in his head and arm. 97 Rock wishes Tony the best during a tough time and we hope for a safe and quick recovery!

Just announced on-air, we're excited to have The Fail Safe Project on as the 2nd band performing at this years 97 Rocktoberfest event.

Our boys from The Fail Safe Project are back at it and battling bands across the nation to be chosen as the ultimate band and have a chance to perform on stage at the Van's Warped Tour in front of thousands of fans.

Our boys in the Fail Safe Project inked a deal with Eclipse Records and Schecter Guitars last year and have been hard at work on their debut album. Yesterday, they released the cover art for the upcoming, self-titled release. According to a Facebook post from Eclipse Records, the album is currently set to be released this summer.

On the heels of successfully completing their Kickstarter project, The Fail Safe Project has just announced that they have signed a record deal with Eclipse Records based out of New Jersey. On behalf of our fans and the stations, 97 Rock would like to extend our congratulations to TFSP.

Boat race weekend is always filled with a ton of things to do and that definitely includes live music at Ray's Golden Lion in Richland.

Rock Hard at the Park 2012 with The Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival will drop onto Greyhound Park in Post Falls this September. Bands like Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach and more will be joined by one local band. The winner of the 2012 Ernie Ball Battle Of The Bands powered by Imagen Records.

Our boys outta Spokane, The Fail Safe Project, landed an endorsement deal with Schecter Guitars! They'll be joining artists like Jerry Horton of Papa Roach, Synyster Gates and Zacky Vengeance of Avenged Sevenfold, Dan Donegan of Disturbed, Shaun Morgan and Dale Stewart of Seether and many more.
