Vancouver, Washington Man Plays Banjo…..Naked [VIDEO]

I am starting to feel like Washington is become Florida with all the crazy people running around. This time, it is a naked Vancouver man walking around with a knife and a banjo!Police were called with reports on a man walking in a Vancouver, Washington neighborhood naked wielding a knife.

The police responded and when they showed up the man went in his house and brought out a banjo. He serenaded them for two hours on what they are calling a stand off.

Two hours later he was taken into custody. HA
