Scott Shelton is now a Seattle celebrity for catching the ball Jermaine Kearse threw into the stands after receiving Russell Wilson's touchdown pass for the overtime NFC championship. KOMO News in Seattle found Shelton and discovered he was offered $20,000 for the ball -- but said no because he'd like to return it to Kearse, or perhaps pass it on to his son as an heirloom. Shelton is becoming famous because he has an appointment to serve several months in jail starting the day after the Super Bowl! He's unemployed with two young sons, so many are saying he should sell it (one offer was $20,000). Giving it back to Kearse is certainly a respectable choice. Watch the video for the whole story:
