Richland is getting a new business in the parking lot pictured in the top left of this satellite photo. I called the city of Richland and found out what it is!

It's right behind the dental office and not far from Jack In The Box on the corner of Columbia Point Drive and GW Way.

The new business will be a (drum roll)...

... a lube shop. They currently have two locations in the Mid Columbia (Moses Lake and Walla Walla) plus three in Yakima. They have dozens of locations all over the West.
