After a comfortable Monday today, tomorrow looks to be much different. But when is the nasty stuff supposed to hit? According to Intellecast, the Tri-Cities will be only overcast until around 11 a.m. when an 80% chance of rain kicks in with 27 degrees, cold enough for it to start freezing.

HOWEVER: Monty Webb from our news partner, NBC Right Now, as of this Monday afternoon post, is calling for the snow and freezing rain to start as early at 8-10 a.m. Tuesday. Monty and Tim Adams are always more accurate on our local weather than all of the weather web sites I've seen. The freezing rain is expected to be a light glaze, but that can still put you in the ditch! See Monty's Forecast HERE.
