Soccer for kids just got more interesting. A big change is in effect, preventing players under the age of 11 from using their heads to hit the ball, called "heading."

These rules come down from the U.S. Soccer Federation. Players between the ages of 11-13 will only be allowed to use their heads during practice, but not games.

So don't be expecting to see these sweet shots from your kid until they are at least 14.
