2 Adults with 2 Kids Caught Car Prowling in West Richland

A family that prowls together stays together! Actually, it is not known if the kids that accompanied the adults in some recent West Richland car prowls are related or not. However, two adults and two juveniles have been arrested by West Richland police.

You'd think that this cold snap might keep the bad guys indoors, but hey, when you're a criminal and it's time to go to work, you can let the weather stand in your way, I guess.
