What percentage of fans capacity will certain states even allow when it comes time for the season to kickoff? The news came out today that vaccines for the coronavirus will be available to every American who wants to roll up their sleeve by the end of May. That was a lot faster than anticipated. Will that accelerate the likelihood of more fans?

So, lets keep our fingers crossed that even a sliver of normalcy might be in the cards for the Cougs this year.

Wazzu opens the season with three straight home contests beginning September 4th against the Aggies of Utah State, followed by a September 11th contest with the Portland State Vikings, before opening Pac-12 play in Martin Stadium on September 18th against the USC Trojans.

Favorite Cougism ever? You can't spell suck without u-s-c. And then they usually beat the Wazzu out of us, but whatever.

Next, it's on the road at the Utah Utes and Cal Bears on consecutive weeks, October 2nd and October 9th, then back home for three in a row against the Oregon State Beavers, Stanford Cardinal and BYU Cougars.

Washington State then travels to Arizona State to play the Sun Devils before getting a a week off with a bye on Saturday, November 6th. The Cougars travel to tangle with the Ducks as Oregon hosts Washington State the week after the bye on Saturday, November 13th. Wazzu hosts Arizona on Friday November 19th before traveling to Seattle to play the Huskies exactly one week later on Friday, November 26th.

The Pac-12 Championship Game is the following Friday after that, December 3rd, so the Cougs will only have a week to prepare their third Friday game in a row. Palouse pipe dream? Probably. But anything's possible. Go Cougs!!
