Last September, all four members of Decapitated were arrested for suspicion of kidnapping and rape after a concert in Spokane.

Today, reporter Jonathan Glover for The Spokesman-Review made a statement on Twitter revealing that all charges against Decapitated have been dropped. As of right now, the story is currently developing, and we will update with more details as they come in.

Michal Lysejko, 27, Rafal Piotrowski, 31, and Hubert Wiecek, 30, members of the Polish death metal band were released from Spokane County jail on Nov. 22, but they had to stay in Washington state and turn in their passports.

They were accused of trapping a woman in their tour bus and raping her after their Aug. 31 show in Spokane, according to The Spokesman Review.

The woman said she was bruised when the accused was pushing her against a wall during the rape.

Andy Marsh, a band member of They Art is Murder, provided testimony stating the woman received her bruises while violently dancing in the mosh pit during the concert. She was “smashing her hands, arms and body against a metal barricade,” according to court records.

They were arrested in LA and brought back to Spokane. Their trial was set for Jan. 16 but the charges were recently dropped.
