Something was askew at the Queensgate Circle K and Richland PD needs your help to identify these people...the eyebrows could be a dead giveaway.

I'm not quite sure what these people are up to but I'm thinking maybe something involving a sharpie marker, which by the way ladies is not what you should be using for the eyebrows on fleek look...all kidding aside here's the post from the Richland Police Department.
