The movie is described as such:
Four teenagers from the Pacific Northwest run away from home and set off on an improvisational odyssey in search of hope, opportunity, and adventure. While passing through a series of iconic landscapes they encounter a string of unforgettable characters, filled with spiritual ingenuity and haunted by the repercussions of the American Dream. They leave their homes looking for the promise of a new frontier, but the reality that confronts them is far more.
and here are the parts that they are casting for:
YOUNG ADULTS (Ages 18-25) Seeking daredevils, fearless outcasts, misfits, and the like. Strong personalities. Tough on the outside, fiercely loyal and protective of the ones they love. We'd love to cast a group of real-life friends. Individuals, groups of friends, siblings, and couples encouraged to apply together.
ADULTS (Ages 25-75) Seeking adults with a big personality and unique flair.
HOT ROD (40s/50s) A gregarious fast-talking con-man. Or con-woman.
