Complete Nutrition Grand Opening This Weekend

Yesterday I had the chance to check out a brand new business that is in the market of helping you get healthy and into the best shape of your life. Complete Nutrition in Richland has everything you need to lose weight, get fit and stay in the best shape of your life.

We had a great time on Friday from 4:30-6:30p but the fun didn't end then. Today(Saturday March 15th) starting at 11am, Complete Nutrition is having a strong man competition, tire flip contest, and pull up contest sponsored by RAB Fitness. Plus join Bob’s Burgers and Brew on location as they'll have samples and gift cards for you to win. You'll also have a chance to win a year's membership to Gold's Gym as well as many other donations and gift bags... Complete Nutrition is also giving away five $100 gift cards to be used in the store!
