Concerned Citizen Busts Drug Deal in Broad Daylight

A couple of geniuses in this story were either bold or dimwitted. They've been arrested after a person called the police reporting an alleged drug deal on Richland's Welsian Way/Aaron Drive. Police responded, arrested the pair and impounded the truck to search it for more possible drugs.
