Curlew Day Today At Umatilla Wildlife Refuge

I've lived in Tri-Cities 25 years. I never knew about this until today.

March 16th is Curlew Day, the date when the long-billed curlews return to their nesting grounds in the Umatilla National Wildlife Preserve.
