Ephrata Babe Wins Spot on New “Survivor” Season!
Kelley Wentworth will appear on the 2014 season of CBS's hit show "Survivor" premiering Sept. 24.
Although Kelley currently resides in Seattle and works in marketing, the 28-year-old grew up on a farm outside of Ephrata and "fed cows, cleaned up poop, drove a tractor and hauled firewood" by her own admission.
She enjoys playing soccer, solving jigsaw puzzles and winning at Scrabble. Kelley says she can't stand lazy people and overconfidence, although she describes herself as highly competitive. She calls herself reliable and does not abide people who don't honor their word. Her mom is her best friend and her grandparents are her heroes.
She believes she and her father Dale will win "Survivor" because they're farm work experience gives them an advantage.
Season 29 is "Survivor: Blood vs. Water -- San Juan Del Sur" premiering Sept. 24 on CBS at 8 p.m.
