Former Pasco Cop’s 2nd Rape Trial Began Yesterday

The 2nd trial for former Pasco cop Richard Aguirre began yesterday at the Franklin Superior Court. His first trial ended in a mistrial after almost 13 hours of deliberations last year where the jurors were dead-locked

You may also remember Aguirre is charged with first-degree murder with sexual motivation for the beating and strangling of Ruby J. Doss of Spokane which occurred Jan. 30, 1986.
