Building bikes for kids in the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities is an annual tradition at Local Union 598.

With all the support they receive from organizations and donations, they are able to improve the lives of thousands of children during the holiday season. They usually have a group build and assemble hundreds of bikes in a matter of hours. Due to COVID restrictions, that had to change that this year, but the mission is still ON! City of West Richland staff instead used their personal time to assemble bikes! But more help is needed so if you would like to volunteer or get more information, visit 598bikesfortikes.com.
