Gunman Puts Pasco High on Lockout Status

A person who was not a student according to reports, pulled out a gun after an argument near the Pasco High campus. That person has not yet been arrested as the investigation is currently ongoing. The school was put on Lockout status which is apparently different than a Lockdown. Lockout means nobody can enter the school, but classes continue as normal.
