Marijuana Seizure Adams County Sheriff
Not after the Adams County Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement types served search warrants on five illegal marijuana grows in the tiny unincorporated town of Cunningham.
Over 1,500 plants and mountains of harvested marijuana buds were confiscated. Some of the marijuana was packaged and labeled with the names of intended recipients (ruh roh). "The illegal grows were operating with no regard to the laws established by our state," the Sheriff's office said.
Ten people were arrested including two who were found hiding in a field by a drone according to a release by the Sheriff's Office.
No names were released, but for entertainment purposes, let's call them Richie, Howard, Joanie, Ralph Malph, Potsie, Chuck (Richie's older brother who just disappeared one season), Chachi and (Marion) Mrs. C. The two out by the drone? Fonzie and Pinky Tuscadero. That's ten. No word on original owner Arnold, his replacement Al, or Pinky's sister, Leather, Tuscadero.
This, of course, has nothing to do with the marijuana grow.
The Benton county Sheriff's Office, the Grant County Sheriff's Office, the Richland Police Department, the Drug Enforcement Agency and Immigration and Customs Enforcement participated in the investigation.
