Monday is normally garbage day for me in Kennewick and I'm sure with the heavy snow over the last few days, Basin Disposal is running into its share of difficulties getting everyone's garbage picked up.

I'm sure on a clear day, it's a pretty good 10 - 12 hour for most workers to get all the garbage picked up in our neighborhoods.

The heavy snow has caused Basin Disposal to change some of its garbage pick-ups for the day.

Kris May of Basin Disposal sent us this updated schedule so you'll know if you're garbage is getting picked up today or over the next few days.

Tri-City area – Basin Disposal is not running today.  If your service day is Monday, they will pick you up next week on your scheduled service day along with any extras at no charge.

Yakima area – They are running behind today and should serve everyone scheduled today.

Walla Walla/College Place areas - Basin Disposal is not running today.  If your service day is Monday, they will pick you up next week on your scheduled service day along with any extras at no charge.

Basin Disposal says their portable toilet division, Blueroom, is not running today.  These routes will run a day late.
