Hellyeah's summer may have been cut short, but they've already figured out when they'll return to the stage. The band just announced a late 2019 tour that will find them back on the road in November and December.

The group, who are promoting their Welcome Home album, nearly completed their summer run, but a "trigger finger" injury for guitarist Tom Maxwell sustained in an auto accident only worsened as the summer went on, necessitating his exit from the final dates. The band is expecting to make up those shows, and Maxwell expects to have fully recovered from his surgery for the tour.

The 18-city trek gets underway Nov. 15 in Cincinnati and runs through Dec. 19 in Phoenix. You can see all the dates listed below and get ticketing information for the run at the band's website. Hellyeah will be bringing veteran rockers Nonpoint and Deepfall along for the dates.

As with their previous dates this year, the band will be donating a portion of ticket sales from each tour date to the American Heart Association in honor of late drummer Vinnie Paul. The group is also hosting a TEXT TO DONATE campaign, where fans can text "VINNIE" to #41411, or head to a special CrowdRise page to donate.

The band's Welcome Home album is due Sept. 27, and the group is also releasing another new song, the final instant download track ahead of the album's release, a track called "Black Flag Army." The track will be posted on Sept. 13.
