Help Kennewick Police Find Fugitive ‘Shrek’

Kennewick police are asking for help in finding a man named Zeferino A Balderas or a.k.a "Shrek". Not as easy to spot as the green character with the same name, Balderas escaped from Community Custody from Washington State Dept according to news reports. of Corrections and has not contacted authorities causing the warrant. He faces multiple charges including  tampering with a Witness, Criminal Conspiracy and Criminal Assistance.
