Heppner Man Arrested at School For Sex With Young Girl

Kenny Blurton is facing Measure 11 Charges after he was arrested at Irrigon High School. Blurton, 19, is accused of having sex with a girl under the age of 14.

His bail is $50,000 and he is set to appear in court in a week (Feb 9.)
