Hinder Soar With Fresh Cover of Eagles’ ‘Life in the Fast Lane’ – Premiere

Hinder are back, and their latest song will already be familiar to many rock fans. The band is teaming up with Loudwire to premiere their cover of the Eagles classic, "Life in the Fast Lane," so head below and prepare to "lose your mind."

This fresh take on the track slinks along with sexy guitar licks and an ominous sense of doom, set against the hedonistic world laid out in the lyrics.

"Putting our own stamp on a song that we’re such big fans of, has been an awesome experience,” states the band's drummer Cody Hanson. “We’re all huge fans of the Eagles. It was both rewarding and challenging to make the song our own, while still maintaining the integrity of the original version. Needless to say, we’ve had a lot of fun with this track.”

Following on the heels of the recent single "Halo," "Life in the Fast Lane" is taking the next step toward the band's upcoming studio album. Their seventh studio release is expected later this year. Hanson says, “We’re excited about releasing the next album, but in a different way than usual. We’ve never had the opportunity before to completely control every aspect of the creative process until now. We’ve worked really hard to get to this point and we can’t wait to share the outcome with our fans!”
