How Do Washington Gas Prices Compare to Rest of USA?
After it was revealed Oregon gas prices averaged over $3 for the first time in 3 years, I had to see how Oregon and Washington compare nationally.
The average price of gas in Washington is $3.17 - good for third highest in the country behind California ($3.51) and Hawaii ($3.49.) The drop-off between Hawaii and Washington is pretty big, but third highest of 50 states is pretty significant.
Oregon is the fifth highest average in the United States at $3.095, just behind Alaska at $3.11.
