The Tri-Cities was shocked and saddened when Richard Lenhart, a Pasco school bus driver was stabbed and killed by Joshua Davis as school children watched. Richard was a Kennewick resident and drove bus Route 4 for the Pasco school district for years.

You may have noticed the number 4 posted on the back of school buses in Kennewick Richland and Pasco honoring him. This Saturday, a school bus parade will begin at 10 a.m. to honor Richard. About 50 buses from all over our area will be in the parade. Buses from Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, Finley, North Franklin County, and Burbank are participating.

According to reports, the route is still being finalized, but the buses are scheduled to cruise by Longfellow Elementary School along 10th Avenue between Sylvester Street and Clark Street in Pasco. for the complete story from KEPR-TV click HERE.
