It Has to Go! The Un-Automated Light at 28th and Lewis in Pasco

This is a new series called "It Has to Go!" It's just things around the Tri-Cities you and I are fed up with.

I'll start it off with the stoplight on 28th street off Lewis. It's un-automated and all of the traffic is going to the Blue Bridge. You can wait for five minutes on a red while no traffic goes across you. Utterly ridiculous. What do you think should go? Leave a comment!
