Kidnapping & Armed Robbery Lead to Stand-Off in Richland

If you were wondering what all the commotion was about Monday night in Richland, you're in luck.

Richland Police were looking for a man who was hiding in an apartment complex on Jadwin in Richland. He was wanted for connection to a kidnapping and armed robbery.

A stand-off ensued and lasted around 2 hours.

Police say he surrendered and nobody was injured.

Joshua Senn is now in custody.
