A long-time staple in Tri-Cities temporarily shutting down their Pasco plant after an employee tested positive for the coronavirus.

Lamb Weston is working closely with the Benton Franklin Health District and hopes to be open within 3-7 days. The facility will be deeply cleaned to reduce the risk of spreading.

Food processing plants are deemed essential under Gov. Inslee's "Stay Home - Stay Healthy" order and remain open.
