LAPD Looking for Graffiti Artist for ‘Tagging’ Cop’s Horse – WTF

If you're planning on going through LA this weekend, the LAPD is looking for help finding a graffiti artist that tagged one of their horses while they were on duty. This horrid act occurred Tuesday at Venice Beach.

An unknown suspect spray-painted Charly, with the initials 'R.B.S'.

Resident Robert Kendall was quoted as saying, “It’s bad for the animals and it’s just people who want to mess with the status quo and I think it’s pretty awful.”
