Man Shoots Tires of Ex Girlfriend’s Car With Rifle and 3 Kids in Car

Let's start with the good news...this guy has been arrested and is sitting in jail with bail set at $647,500. Now let's talk about what he is accused of doing this weekend in Hermiston Oregon....

Hermiston Police allege the suspect Cesar Jimenez got into a fight with his former girl friend and used a rifle to shoot out the tires on her vehicle...even more shocking her three children were in the car at the time! Luckily no one was injured.

Mr. Jimenez is being charged with 16 crimes including:

• attempted murder
• first-degree assault
• two counts of unlawful use of a weapon
• two counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon
• first-degree robbery

Additionally other law enforcement agencies were also looking for Jimenez for incidents that occurred in Morrow County and in the city of Umatilla.
