A Seattle man was arrested after making threats that he was going to "shoot up" Rainier Beach High School according to news reports. That man, Kenneth Pruitt (35), was booked and charged with harassment, unlawful possession of a firearm and domestic violence and remains in jail on $500,000 bail. Pruitt had made threats that he was going to shoot his sons mother who works at the school and then open fire on others at the school.

Authorities were alerted to the threat by Pruitt's current girlfriend who called the police for help after he left to find his victim. Police searched and found him a block away from the school and then took the woman and her son into protective custody.
