Man Tries to Set Ex’s House on Fire, Waves Pizza Cutter at Her Brother, Dents Police Car

One 44-year-old Soap Lake man is going to have quite a day in court... and a headache after putting dents in a police car and hitting it with his head.

The man went to his estranged wife's house on Dec. 14 (who had a restraining order against him) and tried to set it on fire. 

He was confronted by his brother in law, so he grabbed a pizza cutter and a knife and threatened him.

Grant County deputies arrested him and he fought getting in the patrol car, denting it enough to warrant about $1,000 in repairs, and smacking his head on it. He also tried to smack his head on the pavement.
