Meet the Only Seahawk Player to Wear 12

The number 12 may have been retired in 1984, but somebody actually wore it during their career in Seattle.

Sam Adkins, a backup quarterback to Jim Zorn from 1977-1981, wore 12.

He only threw 2 touchdowns in his career, the entirety played for Seattle.

He has since become a broadcaster in Seattle for the Huskies and Seahawks. He's actually been one of the folks to raise the 12 flag!
