Missing Chocolate Square Puzzle Is Freaking Me Out! [VIDEO]

A friend showed this to me. Someone takes a chocolate bar with 24 little squares of chocolate, breaks it diagonally, swaps some squares around, eats one square, and it still has 24 squares! How do they do that?
