I was in Spokane for my grandmother's 89th birthday this weekend. We went to the Spaghetti Factory for the party and had a great time. We went to my three favorite places. Check out my photos and videos:

1. The Davenport Hotel

This place was boarded up when I was living in Spokane as a child. I always wondered what it'd be like to stay here. So when we needed a room after the party, I made the reservation. When I showed up they said the Honeymoon Suite was available for only $80 extra. What do you think I did? I Rick Ross'd that! You know I did! Here's my little girl yelling, "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"

2. Riverfront Park

We love the carousel and the vacuum goat. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you've got to go. This is by far the coolest place in Spokane.

3. Spokane Falls

Just down river from Riverfront Park is the lower falls of the Spokane River. They're hugely intimidating. We rode the gondola ($15) over the river and my wife almost lost it.
