Netflix Releasing New Series On Murdered Kids Found In Rexburg ID
Netflix is releasing a new true crime series on the murders of two kids found 180 miles northeast of Twin Falls in three weeks. The bodies of the two youths were discovered buried in 2020 in Rexburg, Idaho.
I don't think there is a single Idahoan that hasn't followed the case of Tylee Ryan and J.J. Vallow. The remains of 16-year-old Ryan and seven-year-old Vallow were found desecrated, bound, wrapped, and buried on the property of mother Lori Vallow's husband Chad Daybell in southeastern Idaho. The two were vacationing in Hawaii and celebrating their new marriage in 2020 while the kids were being searched for by family, volunteers, and law enforcement.
Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell's trials are still ongoing. The case shocked and horrified people across the planet. Vallow's mental stability has continued to be a focus in the trial that has gone on for more than a year now.
A new documentary series titled, "Sins of our Mother," is coming to Netflix on September 14. Having worked as an on-air personality and journalist in southern Idaho for years now, there hasn't been a bigger murder case that has jolted this region of Idaho as profoundly as this one.
Lori Vallow is on record as making incredibly bizarre comments regarding the kids, including referring to one of the victims as a "zombie." There are also a string of suspicious deaths related to the family in the months leading up to the disappearance of the kids.
