Many people feel underappreciated and overworked at their jobs. Foodservice industry workers seem to get the worst of it. And at the top of that sh*t mountain are the baristas. They get to listen to us bitch about our day and then bitch about our order. They have to operate as quickly as a squirrel on "powdered sugar", lest they hold up the line. No joke, my wife worked at one of the local popular coffee shops and they're timed. Get that order out in 2 minutes and you're golden. Go over 5, and you're never living it down. AND in that 2-5 minutes, you have to play therapist. Otherwise, Karen is leaving a bad review on Yelp.

So yeah, I don't blame this guy for airing it all out in the form of a song. Good on you, guy. Most of us don't have the guts or are too scared to burn a bridge.
