Only 20, Pendleton Man Has Been Arrested 17 Times

A Pendleton gang member is behind bars again. Who knows if Austin Satterwhite is getting a frequent flyer discount, but he's been arrested 17 times.

This arrest stems from an alleged assault and theft. Satterwhite is said to have used a metal baton to beat his victim before stealing his money and leaving town. Pendleton Police Chief said he had been at large for a while and "couch surfing."
