Oregon Man Stabs Lady, Tries to Strangle Cop

This is just nuts.

Richard Heathman was arrested for allegedly stabbing a woman in the neck.

But when he was being arrested, he managed to move his hands to the front of his body, damage a cop car, and tried to strangle a police officer with a seat belt.

The stabbing victim has been sent to Portland to get treated. The wound doesn't appear to be life-threatening. So there's some good news.
