Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have sold their Hidden Hills, Calif., estate for a cool $11.5 million. There had been some concern about whether or not the mansion would sell after an accidental fire started at the property back in January.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Cape Cod-inspired mansion was built in 2001 and sits on a 2.5 acre promontory off a cul-de-sac in the gated community. It features a paneled study with a fireplace, a home theater and a studio area, along with six bedrooms, a guest apartment and a kitchenette.

Though not official, the apparent buyer is Jessica Simpson and her fiancé, former NFL player Eric Johnson. The couple was rumored to be interested in the property before the fire, and it appears as though US Weekly tipped off that they were the actual buyers by running a piece on Simpson's plans to turn Sharon Osbourne's closet into a nursery for their second child.

The grounds also include a swimming pool, spa and a barbecue island. The property came on the market in 2011 for $12.99 million. The Osbournes paid $12.38 million in 2007 according to public records. The front of the estate can be seen below.
